You need to see your doctor and discuss meds,a therapist would then be the next step. You need to address this before it gets worse--all the best.
Thanks guys. I've never been officially diagnosed but have struggled with self harm long enough to have an idea about what could be wrong. I haven't been to a therapist in like 6 years and have never been prescribed anything.I mean my mother has been hospitalized multiple times for suicidal tendencies due to Bipolar and Borderline so I've kind of grown up with mental illness.
depression is alot more common than what you think, and with it it can be hard to get out of bed and even then, feel like u are dragging your feet everyday, all day. even when it seems life SHOULD be ok but nothing is, then its time to seek help hun. alot of us have been there and theres nothing wrong with it ;) hang in there
Please see a Doctor about this. General practitioner or a psychologist can help point you in the right direction. You are probably searching for something. Once you find it, you need to address it directly. I've been there, all my best to you.
I guess you have depression as you are on this site. Have you been diagnosed, and do you take medication?
