I hate myself

I thought I was doing better....but today I started feeling bad again...started feeling depressed.  I feel my family would be better without me.  My husband deserves better than me.  I hate myself for being this way.  I been on meds for 4 weeks and i thought it was helping but now I just don't know.

I know exactly how you feel. i've been on the meds for over 2 months now...helping at first...but this week has been rough, and i feel worthless again, like I don't deserve my boyfriend and he would be happier without me

make sure you take a vit b12 shot - it could help.

your meds should be kicking by now, but maybe you should give them a couple more weeks. did your dr. say anything about increasing them yet? take care. remar
