I just wish I had someone who I can talk to

I hate myself, I hate life, I have tried to turn my life around and be a better person But in the end I always get hurt I help people out and I get hurt. I just don't know what to do any more. My son barely talks to me anymore. He talks to my mom more than he does me. I don't know what I have did to deserve being treated this way. I really want to just give up and crawl in a corner and die.  I cant work I was in a 5 car auto accident and I was the blunt of it all.  What did I do to deserve that. Nothing. I can barely walk and I can even be on the computer very long it gives me a headache.  What can I do to change my life around.  Please help me.

Hey you, I know you're hurting, I'm hurting too.  I know how you feel that you try to do good and bad comes to you.  I think you need to know that this time is temporary, that people change and down the road things will probably be different.  You can't see that now, but things do change.  I know what it is to have chronic pain, it's not fun.  My pain is solitude - I can't stand it.  I want to be with someone, to have someone to talk to about things.  Maybe we can chat?

Is there a 24 hour distress center in your area? They have people manning the phones so you don't have to go anywhere to get help.

Life is full of lessons. Most of the lessons we learn in life come from experiencing a negative emotion. Negative thoughts attract negative thoughts ... and this can lead to fear and anxiety, lack of self confidence and self esteem, depression, illness, disease, and more. And ... we help to create this for ourselves by hanging on to the negative thoughts. Perhaps not even the initial negative event but we have multiplied its effect in our mind and body by not using techniques to handle it, moving through it and learning from it.

Learn the lessons that life has to offer through negative events by asking yourself positive questions and talk about any trauma and the resultant feelings.

Regards,
