I need help

I'm 16 I know it's normal for kids my age to feel depression I was I c pep 2 times, but that was 2 years ago. I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm not depressed for some reason I always think I have an illness or something most of the time I would just get over it but about 6 months ago I got some idea in my head that there's something wrong with me ad I don't know if there is or not but the fact that that thought is in my head and has been for six months is driving me crazy I don't know why I feel like I'm in my own little world I feel like everyone else my age are just ignorant and uneducated I need help I'm loosing friends I don't talk at all I used to talk all the time I used to be the class clown I can't keep going on like this I also get headaches a lot any tips or anything at all would help

Yes, honestly I have. Even just people talking to me have became background noise. I space off and just completely leave reality at times.

Thank you so much. I have another question, have you every listened to music even with ear buds on and it just becomes background noise because I'm so into my thoughts

umm I sort of have the same problem (thinking everyone is ignorant and uneducated) I am 18 and I feel like even my teachers are that way. Anyways I used to not talk at all, and moving to a new school alot doesn't help my case... But you just got to look in the mirror and decide that you are funny, you are smart, and you have every right to be ur self. Keep your head up and smile!!! :) Life *****, but you just have to make the most of it!!
