last night i stupidly teached on my wife and had soft sex with a stranger. my wife is on an occupational trip. she loves me and really works hard for our life. but i cowardly teached on her! rightnow i am crying while writing this. i am really sorry for that and really regret! i love her. what should i do? should i tell her the truth? i am worrying to death.

I think You should tell Your wife also, it is her choice whether or not to put this behind her or to move on and find someone else.
