IV drug use,Depression and Dopamine levels

I have been in recovery for almost 11 months,my dopamine levels are apparently very low as I have fluid that is coming out of my nipples,severe depression and no sex drive..I have been tested for Hep C and HIV.Both Negative.I also have ADHD as an adult.My fear is that I will never feel "normal" again as a clean and sober person,I have insomnia,40lbs of weight gain in less than a year.,afraid of a relapse,I am seeking advice on how to get my life back..
