I have been off LExapro for almost 3 weeks and I cannot sleep anyone else have this happen.....and does it go away? And when. It is driving me nuts!
Thanks
I could maybe suggest that you take your medicine right when you get up, and also wait a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys bit more because it takes about 4-6 weeks for antidepressants to fully work (and, for your body to get used to them). I had to take sleeping pills when I had insomniaDepression and insomnia Insomnia concerns Primary insomnia Sleeping difficulty while taking my antidepressants, but I just got addicted and it got worse and worse. I realized that I just had to have a REGULARRegular insulin sleeping cycle and get NO MORE than 8/9 hours of sleep (even though I really wanted to/and usually sleep longer) Just please do everything NOT to take sleeping pills. They are VERY addictive!!!! AND...you build up a tolerance so you have to take more and more to get the same effect, AND you wake up groggy, i.e. feeling like you didn't get enough sleep. (At least, this was my experience.) Hope I helped. Good luck to you. P.S. I you don't think Lexapro is working after 2 months (and you've already upped your dosage) try something else! Take care.
