Is this safe???????????

I was just wondering if it was safe to take omega 3 with zoloft 25mg and i take militonin at night to help me sleep,,

I forgot to mention, you can even take mega dosages of Omega 3 while taking most Psychotropic medications.

There is some evidence that high dosage Omega 3 is benificial for Depression and Bi-polar dissorder. I took high dosages of Omega 3 with my meds for many months, but for me it never improved my condition.

I'm sure it was good for my body, but did nothing good or bad for my depression.
