Are you taking medication now or have you been on any medication? Also, how old are you, (i.e. are you a teenager, in your 20's, 30's, etc). It is helpful to know a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys bit more about you and what is going on and what can be causing your suicidal thoughts. But aside from more details, having suicidal thoughts is not something that you should just be having and not worry about. It could be from a chemical imbalance and it could be from events in your life and overwhelming stress or it could be both.
But no matter what it is "from" you should definitely consider making an appointment with a mentalMental retardation Mental status tests health professional like a psychiatrist to help diagnose you properly and get you on some medication if they feel that is the right course of action. And making an appointment with a counselor and discussing what is bothering you is probably a really good idea too.
I used to have suicidal thoughts too and it was because my system was off balance. I began taking medication and using "cognitive behavior therapy" and my suicidal thought pattern went away and I began to feel hopeful and "normal" again. I think this could help you as well.
Hi, I'm new around here. Found this site while surfing the net. But I can totally relate to what you are saying. When I am not doing so well, I tend to have a lot more suicidal thoughts, plans even. That is always a clue in for myself that my medications need to be readjusted. I also ending up having to make a pact with my doc to not do "anything." Otherwise it's the good ol' hospital vacation. And knowing that there is hope that the meds will help the thoughts go away, I can make the deal with her.
Though I gotta admit, it's a little harder right now, because I'm in the middle of a med change. But the point is you have noticed a change, and you need to act on that by calling your doctor.
Are you the same person who posted a few yrs back on another healthboard about high blood pressure? If you are the same person how are you doing aside from your suicidal thoughts?
Well i am 17. And theres just so many things going wrong in my life. Im doing bad in school its my senior year and my chance to get into college. I dont want to spend my life working in a dead end job that i hate going to everyday. I dont have many friends and i always feel alone, everyone else seems to be having a good time and i always feel so lonely, and angry and so unhappy.
And to barbella, sorry no i never posted anything about high blood pressure.
Right now don't worry about college. You need to focus on your health. The longer you try to ignore these signs, the worse it gets. Talk to a counselor, talk to your parents, talk to a teacher. Someone you trust who can help you get help.
This is advice from someone who never did, and I regret it everyday.
