I think I read your post wrong. Ask your pharmacist about the drug interactions with those suppliments, (your title was out of view in my screen,sorry)- and keep your Dr fully informed of everything you take. If you are going to start a new vitamin, or other OTC med then check with your pharmacist first.
Yes, they are safe. If you feel you need written proof, then ask your pharmacist for a print out of each of the meds you are taking, and ask them about drug interactions.
Your Dr would not intentionally harm you by giving you medications that don't mix. Leave it in their capable hands, but educate yourself each time you are prescribed a new medication. Keep your dr informed of all meds you take, including over the counter medications such as cold and flu, pain, or allergy medications.
