Lexapro, Wellbutrin, Klonopin

I am taking 10 mg of Lexapro, 150 mg of Wellbutrin, and 1 mg of Klonopin at night (for sleep anxiety).  I have used this combination for two years and my diagnosis is anxiety and severe depression.  Was diagnosed in childhood with dysthymia.

The past few months I have experienced rapid mood swings.......either up or down, and no in between, and the down moods being triggered very easily.

Was wondering if anyone else uses other meds for the symptoms and which meds.  Also have
been considering a mood stabilizer but scared to try it.

Would appreciate your feedback.

first go to your doc and tell what you have told here You sound form your mood swings to be bi polar of the raid cycling.I am bi polar my self and I take celexa for the depression and zyprexa for the manic.I take them at night so I havent needed a sleep aid outside an occasional advil pm.I also eat a balanced diet ,exercse and get regular rest. this is very important for bi polars to.
In the meantime see your doc and get evaluated as I am not aprofessional.
