MIDLIFE CRISIS

I am a 46 year old female who is in the midst of a Midlife crisis. I can not find ANY women who are going thru the same thing. Only men...It is so unsettling. I went to couceling last year and then stopped. It is now back in full force. I cant eat or sleep. I take Lexapro and zanax ....HELP

Hi-my whole life is a midlife crisis-I am an 80 year ols female-and I just somehoe "handle it"...Each day brings a different set of problems-we can either let nthem grab onto us and shake us up-or-laugh and handle them-You are alive!!!Yoy have all your arms and legs!!! You can express yourself!!!! You can remember GOOD days,and I am sure there are many..Keep those-reject the crappy ones-you can do it...Good luck with the DR.Appointment at the end of August.You will make it.........XXX best luck to you

Oh I love your comments....thats so true for all of us.
There are lots of bad days and crisis for each of us and to survive we do need to learn to just 'not let it grab us'..
