Marijuana depression

I'm 25 years old and lately, i've been having consistent anxiety and lack of appetite. this has been accompanied by clamyness, sweats, feeling overheated or chills, overactive thoughts (keep me from sleeping), jitters and fluttering heart, muscle aches, extremely thick and hard to clear white phlegm from sinuses, constipation and depression. my doctor's done a bunch of blood work on me and said that the results came back all normal. i find myself having to take deep breaths all the time that only calm me for about 5 seconds and then i'm all tense again. these episodes last anywhere from 1 day to 2 -3 weeks at a time. then i will feel fine for an undetermined amount of time in between (maybe a week to a month). this has been a re ocurring cycle for about a year now. i know that im going through a stressful time as i do not enjoy my job and feel a little lost in life but i never thought that stress would affect me like this. could this be a more serious affliction???
any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thnks in advance!

i had simlilar symptoms recently,

my advice is stay away from caffene and any other stimulants for a month (red bull , soda etc), eat very healthy and excersise regularly.

if your still not feeling right in a month you may need to consider some anti stress anti anxiety medication.

marajuana is a 'psychoactive' drug. anything in your head (good or bad) will be aggrivated by it.

at this time i wouldnt smoke pot if i were you.

This sounds like withdrawal.  I stopped weed and cigs 7wks ago and had ALL the symptoms you are describing.  Some went away, some not because I have Fibromyalgia.  This disorder would be worthwhile for you to look into as well as a Borderline Personality Disorder site.  The best of luck to you.

P.S.  If you start and stop weed you could be going through perpetual withdrawal.

I am not sure what this has to do with marijuana as you did not mention anything about it in your post but do in your title. Are you smoking it regularly or are you asking if it would help you?

Anyway, stress can cause all these symptoms and more as can anxiety and panic attacks, which is what many of your symptoms sound like. Not sure about the constipation and sinus issues though, those could be stress related but they sound a lot like symptoms of Fibromyalgia. I think the best advice I could give you is to bring up Fibromyalgia with a doctor and if you don't get the answers you feel are sufficient seek out a second opinion or even try to see a doctor that deals with natural healing or alternative medicine.
