Mothers Depression

Me and My Mum Fight Alot. You would probably think it was normal but its worse then it used to be.
me and mum used to live with my grandparents and we pretty much stayed in our rooms so we didnt have to watch what my nana would watch. and we would only argue every now and then, but now that we have moved out and live with her bestfriend ad daughter she has changed Majorly! she used to never care about cleaning but now if one tiny thing is out of place or theres stuff on the table me and her bestfriend cop it. we both dont feel like its our home, and shes had depresion for ages and takes Doxepin, and every sice she got a bf she drinks Every single night and day, well whenever hes around cause he drinks as well. its not over board but its waay more then she used to, and we are worried that the heavy drinkng is stopping her tablets from working properly, she is also taking prochlorapine and triazolam , Could the drinkng really be affecting her tablets and giving her this change of mood , i cant deal with it any more.

Yes alcohol can make anti-depressents not work the way they should. Is there anyone you trust you could speak to about this? You could speak to the school guidance counselor as a start. The situation is out of hand and someone should help out.
