Stop the drugs and address the real issues.
Unless you absolutely need the drugs stop taking them.
All drugs have side affects. I have been through all of these, sleepless nights, body tremors, shaking, sweating haloucinatingyou name it. relax, tell yourself this will pass and it will. your body is in shock. You must address the reason your taking the drugs in the first place. if its depression you need to look at why your dwelling on the past and not forgiving and letting go, if its anxiety, then you need to work on why your living in the future world of what ifs. Start living in the present! the now. everything is perfect in the now.
Drink loads of clean fresh water, our body is made up of 80% water.
Not ****** bottled water with no ph or minerals. Invest in your amazing body, its the only one you have look after it. Have magnesium baths every night before bed. Your body needs to rid the toxins. You will smell it coming out of your skin in the days after you stop taking drugs. You have support and a friend here.
Go and buy the audiobook of Eckhart Tolle the power of now and start changing your life. Mankind is shifting into a new reality, you are just caught in limbo at the moment and feel lost. You will understand soon and be at peace.
Love and Light.

I reluctantly say yes to that question.  I say reluctantly because I don't want to give anyone reading this the idea that it is a good idea to raise your medicine without first speaking to your dr.  I say yes because if a person is well in tune with themself it can be, and since we only see our drs usually once a month, should be done.
Good luck Jessica.

This is definitely something to discuss with your dr.  I cannot be sure of all of the circumstances in your treatment.  What I will say is that it would likely be a bad idea to switch medicines as it would further complicate your chemicals.
Talk to your dr and see if an increase would be wise at this time.  There is nothing wrong with increasing your meds until you find a therapeutic dose.
