Neurogical Depression

I am 30years with an unkonwn Depression. I am suffering for more than 10 years. my problem is that i dont feel my body, my eayes burn and i cant understand what's going in front of me. I can't concentrate. and i am offenly totaly confuesed. I can't feel my body and can't do work with interest. From starting of my treatment i take treatment from many phsychetriest but no one treat me well. My blood press. increase very high. Two years ago I tooke medicine from a neuroogist , he gave me sertirline 50 mg two times a day, dothip 75 mg once, and limbilwal fort, alphrazolma .25mg with tab. Sumenta which is for Depression and It changed my life. This treatment make me very confident and i get well soon. But today i have a stomuch problem and before a period it became very tuff for me to take medicine . Now the problem is as as it was. Doctor told me that i don't need any psychetry treatment. I have only depression that affects my brain receiving point. but i have to solve my problem with meditation. Kindly tell me what is my actual problem and what i have to do to get my confidence back.
