Night Terrors.....

The past week I have woke up my boyfriend, hitting, screaming or laughing.  This morning I woke up screaming, today I feel very lethargic, fatigue, irritable and have this weird sensation in my nervous system. Could this be related to depression, just very confused, don't know what is wrong with me.

You may want to jump over to the Sleep Disorder page and ask others; I've read post from people with night terrors. I bet you can get some advice "first hand".

That makes sense, your moods and feelings are coming out in your dreams...the mind is a magnificent organ and stress and depression can come out in many areas.  Hope you get some helpful advise...maybe you should seek help from your doctor about this?
