Not sure if this is anxiety or depression

I feel really trapped in my own head lately, i cannot stop thinking about death, which starts to produce a fear, im so concerned about my loved ones inevitable deaths that i think im driving everyone insane.

what should i do about this?

I really think you should see someone.  I felt the same way. obsessively thinking negative thoughts, fear, etc.  I am now taking Zoloft and have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety.  Currently in therapy 1 hour  a week.  I do not feel 100% but I feel so much better than I was.  I still think the thoughts but I'm able to stop them and think about something else.
