I suffer from a debilitating depression that comes from severe PMSPremenstrual syndrome Relieving pms. I have been using some supplements under my doctor's direction and am happy that my estrogenHormone replacement therapy levels have increased. However, after a couple good months this last month has become bad again. Does anyone have other natural rememdies that I can try. I am wanting to handle this naturally if I can before I try medication. Thanks, Orla
If you want to go "naturally "add exercise to help with the depression .It doesnt have to strenuous just walking briskly for at leat 30 munutes a day to raise thos seritonin levels
let me add that natural" is not always better.Everything comes from natureNature-throid Natures tears including prescription meds for depression.
I am bi polar and I take celexa/zyprexa and I wouldnt trade them for any thing because of the difference they Have mdae in my quality of life.
I used to feel the same way as you about meds so iI would quit taking them and the 3 majorMajor tears Major-gesic times I quit I would spiral out of contrl into deep maniaTrichotillomania - top of the head and depression.
Then I decided after episomde I would never be that way again.I have taken my meds faithfully for 6 years and I have a wonderful quality of life.
If taking a pill means you can function normally then by all means try it .You havent anything to loose but the debillitating depression.
Let me know how it fgoes for you
