Persistant Anger

Persistant Anger

I am loosing it.  I go to work, laugh, be gentle, kind and supportive to everyone.  Never loose it.  Alway keep my cool.  But, at home.  The stress of everything boils over.  I'm angry the minute I come in the door.     Yelling, pisted off, no time for anyone or anything and the litttest thing sets me off.  My husband said he's soon going to stop speaking to me. He's tired of getting his head bitten of the minute he opens his mouth. Our child fares a little better, but the patience with her is not as it should and I'm ready to pull my hair out. I'm so stressed.  Working full time, cleaning house, laundry, shopping.  It never ends.  I try to fit in a walk each day, but even that is hampered by taking the family dog.    I'm never happy anymore.  I think there should be more to life then feeling like this all the time.   I hate the way it affects my family and I want to show my child that "Mom" can be happy too.   I don't want her grumbling and taking things out on others the way I do......so what do I do.........I'm only in my thirties. Hating my life is so time consuming.  I want more for my family then this.

I am so similar...im fine until I get home and then anger, depression, angst, anxiety all hit like a wall. I think you should get counsling...maybe even medication.  Medication and therapy combined is the best treatment...but you should see a psychiatrist who is a psychologist but also able to perscribe meds...see if they think it is a good option.  Medication takes the syptoms (symptoms) of depression away, while therapy helps to sort out your brain and build you up to be a better and happier person.  Good luck!
