Please Help!!!

I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I need help badly. I was 18 months clean off of oxycontin unitil I moved back to WA (from AZ) and lost my methadone program, I've started using again and I am miserable I want my sobriety back sooooooo much but the withdraws are so bad I can't handle it, I can't function . I just need to find a dr who can prescribe me methadone, going to a methadone clinic is impossible for me bc the closest one to me is 45mins away and costs 475$ a month please I will take any suggestions I just don't want to let this addiction control my life again. I am terrified and i just need a little help!!!
