Please help i feel so sick it feels like im going to die!! Help!!

It all started yastarday, but last night was the worst night of my life.
I couldn't stand up, I had pulsating migranes on the side of my head and especially the back of my head, Dizziness to a point i couldn't stand up or lift my head from the pillow, nausea all night long, very strong heart palpitations felt like my heart was gonna explode out of my chest, difficulty breathing, fatigue, continuos brain fog, my head doesn't feel connected to my body.
Couldn't fall asleep, kept moving and switching sides cause my head was killing me and the nausea was getting worst and then hip joint pains started happening, i couldn't lay on either sides cause it hurt like ****.
This went on all night till this morning, and right now is 9:50 am.. the symptoms have a bit decreased but I still have heart palpitations, difficulty in breathing, fatigue, and everything related to my head.. just is a lil bit decreased.

I felt so sick last night, I swear I thought I was going to die any time.
please help me! I woun't be abble to see my doctor till tomorrow and I really
want to know what its happening to me and if there isnt anything i can do in the meantime before i visit my doctor or the ER.

Also I wonder if this is related to Prozac.. as ive been taking it (20mg a day) for 2 weeks now but two days ago I suddenly stopped cause i finished my tablets and didn't go and get new prescription.

I am so sorry you had to through that, I think it is withdrawal too. I was with out my effextor over a weekend (couldn't see the Dr.) same thing happened to me. I am trying really hard to get off this awful drug. I hope you feeling better now.   Kathryn

this is due to withdraw.  I had all of this and more when i came off of effexor.. you need to talk with your doctor and do it slowly.. this is what these drugs do to you.. your doctor should have informed you but they usaully do not about the effects to watch for.. pls take care,,

I agree with rainlover, I think its withdrawel symptoms!

It could be withdrawl symptoms from the Prozac.
