Prozac and weight gain

Hi,I have been on prozac since march and wellbutrin since June..I was up to 50 mg of prozac and no sex drive so my told me to cut back 10 mg a week so i did ,i got to 10 mg and felt freaky so  after a month on 10 mg i went back  to 20 mg and the tummy fat is coming back,since im on wellbutrin too shouldnt i be able to get off the prozac..i lost 20 pounds going down to 10 mg and i dont want the weigh back..any ideas on how to get off the prozac or at least do ok on the 10 mg?
