Prozac

I have been on Prozac20 mg for almost 9yrs, Wellbutrin 300 mg bid for about 5 yrs , and Aderrall 30mg SR for 2 yrs.  For the last 4yrs i have experienced significant memory loss, word finding difficult, decreased concentration, night sweats and still feel depressed.  The Aderall no longer works.  I think the Prozac is causing the memory problems and brain fog.  My providers says it's not the Prozac.  I'm thinking of weaning myself off the prozac first and then the Adderall (adderrall).  Do you think if i do it will help with my memory loss and constant brain fog?

If you have been on Prozac for 9 years then there is a good chance that it has lost it's effect for you. As a result you symptoms of depression may have come back, which is what is causing this depressed, slugish feeling. When my meds stop working then I feel the same way.

I'm supprised you even got 9 years from one SSRI medication. They usually poop out by then. These meds don't stay effective forever. after many years your body will find a way to resist the antidepressant. It's only a matter of time.

You may be confusing these symptoms as a problem the Prozac is causing and in reality it's probably the return of you depression that is causing this. You may want to swap that Prozac for another SSRI that you have no resistance to.
