Hey. You dont need a new face. You just need a new way of seeing yourself! Look at where you are in life and what needs to change to get the life you would prefer. You give yourself the fresh start, clean slate, nobody else. Sounds like you might need help in doing that and most doctors will help you to achieve this. Learn about the good things about yourself and catch yourself when you are unfair on yourself. Easier said than done but build from there.  Believe in the reflection you want to see and in time, bit by bit you will like what you see. Hope this helps :)
