Ringing in the ears (Tinnitus) depression and anxiety.

by markv, Dec 17, 2008 12:18AM
I'm 22 I have had Tinnitus for over 4 years... It was bothersome at first but a few months later I got over it. Now, for some reason, I been obsessing over it even though is not significantly louder. I'm pretty sure that when I have episodes of depression and anxiety, it seems to get worse...

It really depresses me in a way, thinking that I'm "condemned" to live with this since there is no cure and the anxiety doesn't help either. Just curious to see how many other people live with this problem and what are some techniques to keep your mind off of it. If I just could forget about it, I wouldn't hear it and life will go on...
