So my doctor just gave a script for Seroquel XR. He said it was to boost the effectiveness of the 100mg Pristiq he just bumped me up to. All the information i can find says its for Bipolor Depression, but i dont have Bipolar depressrion. Anyone have any reviews on this?

I took it similar circumstances, it was terrific.  After several months I was able to reduce it, and just stay with the AD.

It can make you very drowsy, I took very low dose, but it boosted and got me on my feet again.

I dont have Bipolar, just debilitating depression, of the heaving shaking variety LOL
(yes i can laugh now)

Me too, i have that debilitating depression too. All i can do is shake and fret and wring my hands, and just let my mind race away with fears and what ifs and whys. So far, i've just noticed feeling more foggy and forgetful, and less motivation than before. I hope it turns around soon. I know i've only taken it a couple of days. I have noticed that i sleep hard at night, but i'm still drowsy during the day. I think what is the worst part for me, is knowing that usually - i'm a happy go lucky type person, but when i get down.. i get so far down i dont see a way out. I just want to crawl into bed and go to sleep and not have to wake up to another day type down. I really hope one of these medications kick in soon.
