As you noted, MedHelp provides open forums. Thus anything that is posted on either the Support Communities or Ask a Doctor forums can be seen by MedHelp users and visitors. However, you are able to control who sees the photos, journals, notes, and trackers and tickers that can be added to your profile page. As visitors are able to see posts, this also means that posts can be found on search engines.

What does this mean exactly
is everyone's posts on it, what way are they being used? I don't like that either, i know alot of people read on here but thats different. I must check it out.
