St. Johns Wort experiences?

Have any of you tried St Johns Wort or another herbal remedy? Did it work?

I am currently on birth control for another health problem, it now it has caused me anxiety and depression that are getting severe. I want to try St Johns Wort...but I am not sure if this will alter the effects of the pill greatly or..?

I have tried it myself and it did'nt help. I've heard it can help with mild depression. You might want to talk to your Dr about trying a different pill to see if this helps.
