Starting to fall back down

Does anyone else hav any problems with medications starting to wear off? I've been taking paxill and lithium for a while now and the both seem to be wearing off. Also take an anti-psychotic medication called perphenazine that was helping me for a while but that also wore off too. The clonezepam still seems to help with my anxiety and I still use the trazadone for my sleep problems. I know it all seems like alot of medication but for a little while it seemed to work. I know alot of people have more experience with these kind of issues so feel free to give me some advise. I go to see my doctor in a few weeks and really want to make her job eazy on her and me by understanding if this may be a common thing. Thanks for all the responses!

Yes, this is very common with these types of medications.  Our bodies build up a tolerance to them and they become less effective.  Your doctor will know what to do, which is either to up the dosage or change medication completely.  Take care...
