Still too much sleep

I only took 3 Ambien CR and then doc said to go back to regular Ambien with Trazadone.  I got better and slept less after a couple of days but now I'm back to sleeping too much again and nothing has changed.  May days & nights have sort of flip flopped.  I can't get anything done.  I feel like a drone.  Now what?

Talk to your doctor, it may be depression making you want to sleep, or too much medication.  Fight the urge to sleep during the day so that you can sleep at night, I know it's hard, but you should not give into sleeping all the time.  Work with your doctor on this.  Take care....
