Tapering off Prozac

Been on prozac since March dr messed with dose till finally by late June i went to 50 mg...im also on wellbutrin,well weight gain and other problems dr said to cut back on prozac 10 mg a week,been doing that im down to 30 mg but i have bad depression like when i first began prozac,i was added a estrogen patch this past friday,i have no energy and im tired all the time..would tapering off prozac cause bad dierehha  and sweats,my dr does not want me to keeep valling him

Yes SSRIs withdrawal can include a bunch of symptoms but you haven't been a long time on Prozac and Prozac is thought to be relatively smooth to withdraw from.

Your real problem is the anxiety that comes with taking and withdrawing from drugs and your GAD.

Seriously I would consider CBT or weekly appointment with a QUALIFIED psychologist.

No matter how many drugs you take it won't cure your problem to the root but I think you still have some other drugs to try.

Wellbutrin is a bad idea for someone anxious since it's stimulating and affecting your dopamine reuptake inhibition. It's true that it's a good idea for fatigue and low libido but for someone anxious as you are? Bad idea! Did you cut the Adderall (adderrall) or Ritalin, I don't remember which one you are using.

im on 5 mg adderall (adderrall),iim not so anxious as no energy and low mood..gonna try estrogen
