What I know about phenothiazines is that all side effects or change in health should be reported back to the prescriber - like we usually do when we are given a prescription :-)
I hope someone has a good answer for you. The reason for the prescription matters too since phenothiazines are prescribed for a couple of different reasons.
This is a difficult question. Any medications should be closely followed up by the prescriber, no matter if it is an adult or a child.
Any medication used by children should of course be adapted to weight and primary reason for subscription, since children are more sensitive to medicines in general.
