Unexplained life

Hello, I’m a 24 yr old female and as been suffering from migraines since the summer of 2007. I can’t seem to find any food or scent triggers. I do know if I get too hot or too excited or sleep wit my head propped wrong tis can cause one to come on. I’ve had a CT scan and a MRI only to show I have a mucus cyst on the opposite side of my brain were I get migraines. It was nothing to worry about (so I was told) Also, I have been on Citalopram since the fall of 2009 for depression which my doctor recently (two weeks ago) switched me to Cymbalta. Both were 10 mg. I have tendonitis in my shoulder, wrists and thumbs which I am now showing signs of carpal tunnel in my wrists. I do not have any muscle tone what so ever .A gallon of milk seems like a 50 lb bag of potatoes. No strength since I first started having migraines. My memory has become catchy at times. I don’t feel quick witted like I use to. I don’t feel like myself at all these days. I use to manage a restaurant where I was always on top of my game. Always three steps ahead of schedule. I quit four months after my migraines started. Now I work in a factory that is approx 30 degrees for 10 hours on a shift. I don’t have the authority role but I feel blah all the time. My moods change more often than I can keep up with. I do not think I’m bipolar. I’ve checked those symptoms. Usually I find myself non sociable and just in complete solitude. My doctor recently ran blood work and checked my thyroid and some other things. The only thing that came up was my muscle enzymes were low. Didn’t say anything else other than he said he was concerned but sent me on my way. I don’t go back until another 3 months and it’s just for a check up! I know something is wrong with me. I’m tired of being weak and so scattered brained. This isn’t me,..Can anyone help? Are these symptoms related?? Should I doctor elsewhere?

See another doctor right away.  I would want to know how they know that the cyst is just mucous, what caused it, and exactly why you shouldn't be concerned. Anything putting pressure on the brain will cause problems, like headaches.  Something is causing your low muscle enzymes and they need to find out exactly what it is and treat you accordingly.  I think your current doctor needs to be kicked to the curb.  Good luck with this and let us know how you are doing.
