That is your depression talking to you.  If you are in a crisis and feeling suicidal, you need to call a crisis line, go to a ER, call a familly member, friend, doctor.  I have been where you are more than one time and what I learned is that it is okay to go for help.  I know one gets tired of fighting depression but one just can't give up but go for help to get thru this...and you will.
