What you are going though is normal withdrawal or a resurgance of the original symptoms that you took the meds for.  You shouldn't be doing this on your own, and not cold turkey.  There are seizure risks, and you don't need to suffer like this.  If you can't see your own MD for advice, the MD on the forum suggests at least a 3 week discontinuation process, and if it were me, I'd only quit one of the meds at a time, so you know which of them to make adjustments in.  You've been on the meds for 4 years.....cut yourself (and your family) the slack that you need to get off the meds safely and slowly enough.  In any case, good luck with your discontinuation of the meds.  I hope that you find more satisfaction in life when you are off them.

I was on prozac for 10 yrs which kept me numb enough to stay in an verbally abusive marriage. It was after that, that I divorced. Now I am on Buspar, Vistaril and trazadone at night. I feel your pain in going through life and not living it...I want off all these...however I worry about becoming more depressed than I already am. Did Buspar make you feel unmoivated?
Thanks
