Weaning off anti-depressants, if you need any advice contact me !!
I am weaning off dolsulipin and doing great on my second week of reducing by 25 mg's on two nights and have my normal dose on other days. I am reducing on a Wednesday and a Sunday, next week will do three nights for two weeks and so on I will reduce on a Tuesday a Friday and a Sunday. This programme is so clever Cita my support group devised it to trick the brain as the brain does not like sudden change. Who ever is thinking of reducing slowly slowly is the onle way !
If you'd like to share the journey or want advice please contact me !!
Good Luck and Love
I don't want to be mean, but really you sound a bit excited. I have done this twice in the last 5 years and after 6 - 8 weeks of no medicatipon and feeling very very good, wham depression is back.
I am really saying you shouldn't advertise yourself like this as having found the answers because you haven't made it yet. I hope that you do, dont get me wrong, I will also try again and again and again... but slow down a bit on advising others .
