Weight gain

After very sever psychotic depression (so bad I couldnt hold down water) three years later I have made a good recovery.  I just need 2.5 mg zyprexa to live my life.  It prevents relapse.
But the weight gain is hard.  Has anyone found an alternative that works as well as zyprexa but without the weight.

I'm sorry that you had to go through it so tough, and it's good to hear you're feeling better using the Zyprexa. My antidepressant worked the same way, but I found that if I drank 2-3 liters of water spread out over the day with a slice of lemon in it, it would help me keep my body cleansed.
Maybe it is a horrible advice, but that is the only one I know that helps you keep your body cleaner and help the water circulate better.
There are many other antidepressants so I hope somene can actually suggest one for you.

Thanks for the advice.  It is good advice.  I am already drinking the water + eat very healthy.  Have been taking good quality omega 3 for 4 years.  I have tried the alternatives.
It is hard isn't it.
Th Zyprexa works well but the wieght gain is hard.  No antidepressants work for me.  I stay awake all night + go really bad.  Have tried wellbutrin, Effexor, Remeron.  Was hyper on them all.
