Wellbutrin Help...Need Advice Bad

by anxietyman5, Oct 12, 2009 11:03AM
Have been on Wellbutrin for 3 year now. Also take Xanax for anxiety.. My reasons for taking the meds are as follows

1. anger (usually with o.c.d. stuff)
2. have two kids under 5 and sometimes this is tough on me.
3. anxiety
4. o.c.d. with stuff around my house. Dirty laundry room or dirty garage drives me nuts..

Have a great wife, 2 awesome kids and life is great.

The wellbutrin seems to help my energy levels, but does nothing for my axiety, ocd, or being able to relax at home...

I recently tried to get off wellbutrin, did well for about 3-4 weeks. Then It was gone and so was I...

Doctor told me to get back on it.... Said it was best for me due to sexual side effects..... The hell with sex, I want to be able to relax more and be happier instead of worrying if everything is clean and stuff..

any suggestions on what meds are best for me....
