What is going on?

Twelve years ago I was diagnosed with panic disorder and was very depressed. I started prozac eventually with great results. My life was back to normal. Over the years I switched to Paxil because I was having slight anxiety. The Paxil also worked beautfully, but was horrible to wean off of. I weaned of per MD suggestion to try and get pregnant. Now, I am so anxious and depressed. I am back on prozac for six days now and feel so depressed. If prozac didn't affect me negatively the first time would it likely do so this time? Please help. I'm desperate.

Oh, and as far as panic disorder.... it is difficult  to get through them.  I literally sweat it out!  I have been told to try accupuncture.  I haven't yet.

Sorry about the blank post...
I think as we age, our bodies change chemically.  Meds you used to be on may affect you differently.  I think this is normal.  Prozac never worked for me... there are better things on the market these days.

As far as wanting to get preg.  we are in the same boat.  I have not been on meds for a year now.  I am doing okay but I have my moments of moodiness.  Good luck.  Try to focus your energy on something so you do not get sucked into a depression.  Sometimes I watch a movie, go for a walk (I force myself) do my nails... anything!  Bottom line, do not sit around because the longer you sit arund, the harder it is to get up.
