What's Next?

Okay, I'm 59 and should know something by now;  I do but I'm always guessing with this depression.  A few years ago I gave up books in favor of the audio versions and I love 'em.  But there are those times and they are increasing that I can't even listen.
The meds I'm taking are 30mgs  Remeron,  30mgs Paroxetine  150mgs Wellbutrin 3X daily and 900mgs Lithium.  And I'm still having very bad days that are difficult for me to productive.  Luckily I'm off work for til August; then I can work only 3.5hrs.  Yeah I have house work and yard work but nothing that any one would find difficult or strenuous.
Bad days mean I really do not do much of anything.
I have some L-Tyrosine that I haven't used in months so this morning and facing another bad day I took the chance and swallowed a capsule.   It's been 45min since I took it and so far its working.
My psychiatrist rolls her eyes at me because I'm always doing something like this.  Last time was to get only 150mg Wellbutrin so I could take 3 thru-out the day.  Worried I'd take more I assured her that was not my intention.
On those nights I can 't get to sleep I turn to Valerian Root.  It works for me but not always at the same dose.
Exercise is also part of my daily routine if I'm not too bad.
Guess what I'm asking is am I on the right track and what do I do when I have to guess again?

Thanks for your comment Florena.   My concern is that I am up and down frequently and rapidly thru-out the day.   My meds are really not of any concern and the L-Tyrosine is an herbal antidepressant.  A few years ago my doc mentioned this to me and I heeded her suggesstion.  No I'll only take one and only one when I need a little extra help.

Are you worried about the combination of medicines? The L-Tyrosine is not something I can tell with the hand on my heart what it is (you probably know better what you take it for hehe) - but Krushdice? If you're worried about the effects of the L-Tyrosine and if it was a too high dose, can't you call the local pharmacy for directions?

Being without work takes a toll on one, so maybe going back to work in August a couple of hours pr day is positive? Do you look forward to working a little?

I hope you feel better and better,
Florena
