Withdrawals Roller Coaster Ride

Hi All

It's lorraine still suffering accidentially taking wrong dose of Dolsulipin, I have never felt so ill in all my life!!
In the morning I am waking up about 6 with anxiety/palpitations, i've had the shakes and the feeling of
isolation and loneliness is awful.
The lady from the support line said it might take four weeks to get on an even keel which is next Thursday.
There should be a health warning on these tablets because the side effects are horrendous.
Been keeping busy and distracting myself can anyone relate and does anyone have idea's of how to manage
the anxiety in the morning?

What is dolsulipin? an antidepressant? I am withdrawing from abilify. it is nightmarish the mornings are the worst heart palps, sweaty palms, sense of lonliness and guilt. what helped me was talking to pyschiatrists and increased my zoloft and told me to take tamazepam at night. but every morning i was curled up in the fetal position watching tv. Work helped if my mind was forced to be occupied by others then the day went faster.  this day 23 and my heart palps are almost gone, and all the symptoms are lessening, especially at night I feel better. Do you go to therapy or see a psychiatrist for maybe a benzo to help get you thru the severe anxiety. Talking in the forum was a basic lifesaver for me. keep us posted. how do you keep yourself busy? I have absolutely no motivation. sorry if i haven't been much help. but you are not alone. I promise!! that med will get out of your body.
