Zoloft, withdrawal

Is their a herbal medication I can take to help...the constant heat surges I get,, along with an uneasy feeling of being discombobulated..  It's going on two weeks now of me weaning myself off. I don't have health insurance and the coverage I have is limited through the State of Florida.  I had a Dr. who is the Director of the department who prescribed Zoloft to me, but has decided since I didn't have insurance and the department was being rearranged that I was to be switched to a nurse practitioner.

I feel at this time in my life that I don't need medication to help me through things I have no control over anyway. I want to have some normalization back in my life.
