I'm trying to figure out why your doctor would think that adding another SSRI to your Zoloft would help the sexual side effects your now having from the Zoloft.
The only thing that will do is give you more sexual side effects. Lexapro has the same sexual side effects as Zoloft. Double then up and it will get worse.
I've taken both drugs and the Lexapro had slightly worse sexual side effects than the Zoloft did. Also, it's not advised to take two SSRI's together like that.
You can mix some antidepressants, but not two that are so much alike.
