Zoloft and sleep
Has Zoloft helped anyone with sleep? I've just started on 6.25 mg because of depression and anxiety caused by insomnia. My MD says Zoloft will help me sleep within about three weeks. Anyone have any experiences to share? Thanks!
I have insomnia, but won't take medication prescribed by doctors, as in the past they have left me feeling "hungover." I take a herbal remedy containing valerian, hops and passion flower. This works for me.
Have you ever tried a herbal sleep aid? I have been on zoloft, but I didn't find it made me sleep, but you may react differently.

I think some of the benzos help with sleep.I know that xanax & valium do.Not sure about zoloft but I have heard that some of the ssris can make insomnia worse.
