Sorry to hear about your side effects. Some people that take SSRI meds like Zoloft report no sweating issues, but I have heard from some that report this problem. That includes me too.
The sweating can get better after about 3 months. It will take time for your body to adjust. I would give it some time and see what happens.
I think part of my problem is that I have always been a hot blooded person. I enjoy the cool weather and have little tolerence for the heat.
I did a quick check on medhelp on Zoloft and sweating, and found this post:
"I've been on zoloft for 2yrs. just uped to 200mlg. and the night sweats have gottensooo bad. is there any chance they will go away?"

I'm right there with you. Many of these AD meds can cause excessive sweating.
I have gotten that same side effect from nearly every AD med I have ever taken.
For me it got a bit better over time, until I switched to a tri-cyclic which is even worse for sweating.
Nothing is worse than waking up in the middle of the night with a soaked pillow.
If I keep a fan on my face at night I find this helps evaporate much of the sweat and really helps.
This sweating is the only side effect I find hard to deal with.
I hope this info. is of value...
