Zoloft withdrawl

by geminigal, Apr 27, 2008 07:39PM
I have been on 100mg of zoloft for about 5 years, I  started to get a severe rash on my face neck and chest.  After changing everything else in my life ie. soap, detergent, creams, shampoos..etc.  I came to the conclusion it must be the meds.  I have been off the zoloft for 10 days now and no sign of the rash so far.  My question is how long will the side effects last?  My biggest problem is when I move my eyes I can hear a whishing sound and it makes me dizzy and sometimes nauseous. Is there anything I can do to help myself along?  I know I should have weaned myself off but with the reaction I was having I didn't think that was a good idea.  On the upside I am not feeling any depression, just fatigue which I contribute to the withdrawal.
What can I do?
Has anyone else suddenly become allergic to Zoloft?
Any info would be great
