am i depressed?

im 17 and i always feel like i wanna cry and always sad, i used to be all hyper and happy and all of a sudden it went, when i moved to america am i depressed or am i just growing up in to an unhappy *****?

Well are you homesick for where you moved from? It is a big deal to move to another country and culture.How long have you been here in the states? I moved around alot when I was a kid and it really takes a while to get orientated to a new place,people and way of life. do you have hobbies or things you can do to get out and meet people? achurch or other activities would be great for you.

I see you are in Florida.My best friend lives in Jacksonville and I would give alot to be able to be in Florida.I miss her sooo much. she came to visit in October and it was great seeing her.  we had a fabulous time. we  are going to Florida with them for Yule next year .I can wait.
so try to get out andmeet some people and take up a hobby. exercise to keep up your seritonin level and eat healthy.No sugar and no caffieneas these aggravate depression.Keep in touch
