antidepressant withdrawals?

I decided to go off of my antidepressants, after talking to my doctor of course, and I think I am having withdrawls. I am going to talk to my doctor about this, but I was wondering if anyone else had this type of experience?

Reaction to coming off anti depressants ? Definatly, I was on Chlopramine 200mg per day for about 6 years and gained over 5 stone in weight ! My doctor, rightly or wrongly decided to stop my supply of tablets, as like NOW !. No weaning no easing off, just stop ! I went through 7 weeks of hell, sweats, shakes, nightmares, fear ,anziety, every emotion under the sun.At the seventh week I started to improve but it took anouther 9 months to come anywhere near stable, this stability lasted for two years until recently when I have had business problems which nearly drove me to suicide, I am now back on meds (But a very low dose) which is helping me. But the bottom line is, stick with it, I lived a new life after coming off my tabs. Best of luck.
