anxiety when eating,anyone the same?

other things i get anxiety when eating,i feel like my throats going to close over and imgoing to choke my mouth goes all dry,heart races feel so tired,i tend to eat it so fast so its all over with,my throat gets so sore,then all i think off is getting the kitchen cleaned from scratch cause i made something to eat.iwish i could enjoy food again,does anyone understand wats going on?i could do with your input,thanx,x

Thanx,i have had anxiety,ocd and depression from my teens,its getting worse on all areas,its took hold off my life,im now 28,drugs arent helping me,i get strange racing thoughts,i cant stop them,all day and night in my head,sometimes iscare myself,sometimes i want to harm myself and others around me,then i panic that how could i think like this,im mad,that i will end up in a mental home,i just want some support and docs just give me drugs and drugs again,10mins here and 10mins there,no good,thats y i joined here,for my problems to share and share other peoples,with our illness that some people dont see,so they dont get it,jo x
